The unit can transport people and materials much the same as the traditional man & materials hoist. However there are a few design differences in that they travel slower, are installed further away from the building, and the main difference and most importantly they are more cost effective, keeping your rental costs to a minimum. Aussie Lift and Shift only use Maber rack and pinion drive transport hoists which meet the most recent machinery directive issued Dec 09.
