Haulroc is a specialist in material delivery systems via our extensive truck hire fleet. With multiple applications in industries from drill and blast activities in mining and quarry industries, through to backfill of pipelines/utilities trenches, road median strips, retaining walls, garden beds, etc within civil construction/ road construction/landscaping/local government sectors.

These trucks have a hopper/conveyor module on them that can provide controlled, accurate delivery of various materials such as sand, mulch, soil, aggregate to areas requiring back-filling such as pipeline, trenches, garden beds, median strips, etc. These conveyors can deliver material up to a rate of approx.. 50-60m3/hr. With hopper carrying capacity ranging between 15 -25 tonnes this means a faster and more productive delivery system then more traditional methods of using bob-cats, loaders, etc. It also provides a project/site safety benefit in that there is significant reduction in personnel-vehicle interaction. Reduction in respirable dust generation during the delivery process is achieved via dust suppression at each conveyor transfer point to ensure that there is reduction in risk and is further enhanced by the fact that it is a completely automated system which can be controlled from the truck cabin.
