About us:

In 2004, the partnership business of RJ & DM WAKEFIELD incorporated as Wakefield Enterprises Pty Ltd, trading as GROUND MASTERS. Building on the platform of an excellent reputation in the field of mine-site and suburban earthworks and on their base of valued business relationships, GROUND MASTERS offered an expanded service to old and new clientele.

Managing Director, Bob Wakefield and Operations Manager Evan Wakefield began to shape the future of the company, based on a highly specialised workforce, delivering a consummate level of service that is the GROUND MASTERS mode of operations.  Since the incorporation, GROUND MASTERS have continued to improve their facilities, plant and equipment. Their core group of experienced operators reflect the high standards of the company and are professionals in their field. 

Bob Wakefield acknowledges and thanks the businesses and individuals who have assisted the company to survive and prosper in the past. He looks forward to including them, along with new friends & associates, in the ongoing development of the company.

Services:

Various service equipment – chainsaws, asphalt and concrete saws, compaction equip, generators, lifting equip, pressure cleaners, hand tools.

Also available on request we have a substantial sub contractor fleet consisting of everything from small skid steers to big loaders, 6 wheel to road train water carts, 8t  tipper to quad road train tippers, 1.5t to 35t excavators, 15t padfoot and smooth drum rollers.

We are provide all our machinery with operators that are trained and ticketed with 1st aid, Construction Industry Card, MARCSTA, machinery specific and misc equip tickets (chainsaw, trade, forklift etc). Dry hire is not our target market but may be serviced on a case by case basis.

We are also able to supply roadbase, cleanfill, sand and crusher dust, as well as disposal of cleanfill, concrete, asphalt and ballast rock.
