Our family business started out as Ron Delecca Autos in 1977, founded by Ron Delecca, a motor mechanic with a passion for cars and all things mechanical. At that time we repaired cars, trucks and other machinery. Ron’s wife, Leigh, who has a background in management and finance, joined the business in 1982 as General Manager and in 1987 we began dealing Bobcats. In 1996 we became Bobcat of Bendigo, then our son Jason Delecca, a qualified panel beater and diesel mechanic who grew up with our business, joined us in 2006 as Sales Manager.

With our business continuing to grow, we relocated to a large site at 116 Marong Road in late 2014. With a bigger workshop space for servicing, and more accommodation for the hire fleet and new vehicles. We have been there ever since and have continued to expand our business.

In early 2018 we changed our name to Delecca’s as we’re now more than Bobcat and go well beyond Bendigo. With our bigger workshop space, we’ve grown to be a popular machinery sales, service and hire powerhouse for central Victoria. We now stock more brands than Bobcat, including McCormick, Doosan, Clark and Karcher and our service area has broadened as far as Ballarat. Our name Delecca’s reflects our identity of having a long history as a family owned and operated business, which we are very proud of. In fact, this year marks 40 years in business!

Delecca’s now has the most extensive range of earthmoving and materials handling equipment in regional south-east Australia. We look forward to the future of our business and continuing to provide the same quality service and products like we have been doing for 40 years.
