About Us

Think Civil provides a fully comprehensive service across Civil & Rail Infrastructure Projects Australia-wide. Based in Kensington in the City of Melbourne, Victoria Think Civil was founded in 2010 and is currently managed by its sole director Maurice Heading. In this time, we have quickly built a reputation within the industry for excellence, integrity and hard work, and our continued success is based on our proven ability to complete projects safely to time, budget and exceptional quality.

Think Civil currently employs 25 dedicated staff across a range of disciplines, including project managers, engineers, works supervisors, and machine operators. We have access to a wider network of expertise to extend the workforce if needed on specific projects. Our management team has many years of practical experience in the Rail and Civil industries and are involved in every aspect of our client project delivery, from the planning stage right through to completion. Our skilled workforce is dedicated to delivering our clients a consistently high standard of work, combined with a strong work ethic and a positive ‘solutions’ approach to the task at hand.
