Raygal have an extensive fleet of over 25 road sweeper units, including specialised cleaning units. Our sweepers are fitted with up-to-date safety features including emergency e-stops, reverse cameras, lockable battery isolators, first aid kits, spill kits, squawker reverse buzzers, dual amber flashing beacons, UHF two-way radios, handbrake alarms, body up alarms. Street sweepers are fitted with GPS tracking providing real-time data and information, including rest breaks and efficiency in route optimisation and providing customers quicker and accurate response times to projects. Sweepers are also fitted with the latest attachment options and include RMS approved 'B' size arrow boards, hydraulic pit cleaners and high pressure washers. Select sweepers are also fitted with a reverse distance radar and autonomous braking (demonstration available on request) providing an additional level of safety on sites.

Raygal have custom in-house designed and fine tuned our Schwarze regenerative air sweepers with ultra high pressure washers. A specifically designed blower system that generates a high velocity air column with cyclonic action from the right-hand side of the unit, pushing material to the left-hand side where the material is collected. The unit comprises 1,800 litre water tank capacity, 6,000 litre load capacity, dual gutter brooms, 40 litres per minute @ 3,000psi pressure system, 2-metre pressure washer head, and 12 high pressure water nozzles. These units provide high environmental performance on sites and environmentally friendly cleaning of roads and pavements like no other. Raygal is the proud owner of 2 of these units, and have been custom designed with our ultra high pressure washer system that provides cleaning like no other Schwarze unit on the market. These units are ideal for sites where there are a high volume of traffic and truck movements, recycling yards, quarry sites, and ideal for concrete, oil and diesel spill clean-ups.

Our Beam S12000 model Road Rejuvenation Unit is like no other cleaning unit on the market. This unit is the largest sweeping unit in Australia, with only 2 of these units in the country - Raygal is the proud owner of one. This unit ensures your site is restored back to pre-construction conditions, leaving the road looking brand new. It is an environmentally friendly option preventing water running into waterways or drains. This unit is ideal for tunnel and runway rubber removal, as well as concrete, oil and fuel spills. The unit comprises a maximum sweeping width of 4.3 metres, quad vacuum intake (full width vacuum area), 3 wide sweep brushes, 2 gutter brushes, 12m3 hopper volume, 3,600 litre water capacity, high pressure water system comprising 4,000 psi @ 120 litres per minute pressure washer, front full width V-jet spray bar, 2 suction nozzle V-jet spray bars, wide sweeper V-jet spray bar, rear wide suction nozzle with rotary jets, detergent system options, 20-metre hand pressure washer, optional additional high spray bar, optional 6-inch hand vacuum hose.

Our compact sweeper is the ideal unit for restricted areas, areas with tight access and hard to reach and clean areas due to it's compact size. With a hopper volume of 1.8m3 and overall width of 1.315m and heights of 1.965m, this unit is ideal for hard to reach areas such as car park, warehouses and cycleway/footpath cleaning. This unit has the option of a high pressure washer system and hydraulic pit cleaner.
