The ISA T3000 substation test system is a unique solution for all testing operations during commissioning and maintenance of substations as it is able to perform tests on relays of all types and current and voltage transformers. It is also capable of testing energy meters and transducers and incorporates a powerful multi-meter and phase angle meter with oscilloscope functions. The ISA T3000 contains three independent generators, a main generator with six outputs (high and low AC current and voltages, low DC current, current impulses), an independent phase adjustable auxiliary AC voltage generator and an auxiliary DC voltage generator to feed relays under test. All outputs are adjustable and metered on the large, graphic LCD display and the operator can transfer test results to a PC via the RS232 interface. Other features of the T300 are an oscilloscope function  which displays the measured current and voltage waveform, two independent measurement inputs for current and voltage, each with high and low inputs that can measure CT or VT outputs and an auxiliary output contact that follows START and STOP inputs to simulate circuit breaker characteristics.
