ESSMOUNT Essmount is designed and manufactured for the mounting of precast concrete elements for tunnel lining. It enables safe and precise handling of the concrete elements. Essmount is build on a rubber tired carrier with lifting equipment, operator cabin and basket boom. With Its liftable cabin the operator can get near the working area and at the same time giving him a safe working environment. Mounting equipment attached on a telescopic boom is mounted on a sliding table and the boom can be turned, lifted, tilted and extended. The adjustments and stable movements of lifting booms and mounting equipment enables precise and secure mounting of concrete element. A vacuum is used to to hold the elements tightly on the lifting frame. Double vacuum pumps are used to ensure safety. The telescopic basket boom is mounted on a slide to get better reach for the operator when assembling the elements. Also the basket boom can be turned, lifted and lowered. Essmount is diesel driven. Equipped with support legs and operated by a radio remote control unit or from the operator cabin.
